Patriot Support Program
Patriot Support Centers are stigma-free private facilities with
specially trained staff and treatment interventions needed to help
restore our Warriors and their families. If you or a loved one
feels these effects—depression, anxiety, problems readjusting to
civilian life—we would be honored to help.

Providing the Courage to Heal
Our professionals help individuals and families understand and
accept their illness. The treatment team offers the support and
motivation needed to enter the recovery process. We help overcome
the stigma attached to those suffering from mental illness and
chemical dependency. A sense of hope and confidence is restored in
the lives of others through counseling, education and therapeutic
groups. Even in the face of life changing events, there can be hope
and resiliency.
Levels of Care
Services Include
Key Features
For the last six years, The Brook Hospitals, has been providing
clinical care for the men and women and their families who have
served or are currently serving in the United Stares Armed Forces.
Our Clinical Team recognizes that military personnel and veterans
face multiple readjustment issues after serving in active combat
situations. These issues can include PTSD, depression, traumatic
brain injury, substance abuse, grief, anger and survivors’
guilt.
We are honored, as treatment providers, to have developed a
therapeutic relationship with the men and women who have served our
country and hope that, during their state of crisis, we can
intervene and begin the work on building a foundation of healing
and recovery.
Staff
Our military experienced staff complies with the military
regulations and structure. Clinical information including diagnosis
and progress reports are made by our military nurse case manager to
the identified behavioral health or medical case manager attached
to your base or unit.
