Admissions at The Brook
Mental health and substance abuse issues are complex problems that impact not only the individual but their family and friends as well. Symptoms from these illnesses, if left untreated, can increase the risk of medical complications as well as suicide. If you or someone you care about is ready to begin the road to recovery, we encourage you to take action.
Admission / Assessment
Inquiries, admission and confidential assessments are available through our Evaluation and Referral Department. Self-referrals are accepted, as well as referrals from local and regional healthcare professionals who privately refer individuals and families to The Brook Hospitals. We firmly believe that the trust and respect placed in The Brook Hospitals is a direct result of our positive clinical outcomes and high patient and family satisfaction rates.
