Program Overview
The Brook Hospitals offer a highly structured outpatient
chemical dependency program. This program utilizes The Seven
Challenges Model of Treatment for treating adolescents. The Program
provides education and therapy by dedicated, caring treatment
professionals for persons struggling with issues of:
- Substance Abuse and Dependency
- Alcohol Abuse and Dependency
- Dysfunctional Family Systems
- Relapse Prevention
The Brook Hospital's Outpatient Approach
A Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program treatment
approach may be a better alternative for those suffering from
addictions in a more moderate stage and for those who have a desire
or need to continue work or school. This program enables each
individual to cope with recovery in his/her actual day-to-day
environment and begin the process of building a recovery network
within the recovering community.
Goal of the Intensive Outpatient Program
Our desire for each individual who completes our program is
simple. We hope those individuals find recovery and become willing
to share it with others. It is through the ability to give away
what is learned from this program that enables the recovery process
to continue and ensures that every individual can achieve and
maintain long term sobriety.
